Terms & Conditions

This Rental Agreement is entered into between the guest(s) and Encanto Guesthouse ("Host"). By booking and staying at Encanto Guesthouse, Guest agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Occupancy: The rental is for lodging purposes only and is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Additional guests are subject to approval by the Host.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Alternative arrangements may be made with prior agreement from the Host.

Payment: The total rental amount, including any additional fees or charges, is due at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are specified during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in 50% of the total rental amount being retained by the Host. Details of the specific cancellation policy can be found in the booking confirmation.

Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. The Host shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred by Guests during their stay at Encanto Guesthouse.

House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules, which include but are not limited to respecting quiet hours, treating the property and its amenities with care, and complying with any additional guidelines provided by the Host.

Termination of Agreement: The Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and ask Guests to vacate the premises immediately in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.

By booking and staying at Encanto Guesthouse, Guest acknowledges that they have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Rental Agreement.
